How to register:
***Registration for classes is on a first come first serve basis. You may register in person or by phone with your visa or mastercard. Call 519-837-2665 to register.

Refund policy:
***Refunds or credits cannot be provided if you do not attend a class once you have registered. However, you may send someone else in your place.

Neither the organizers, owners of the building, nor the guest chefs are responsible for any injury, loss or damagea while participant are attending classes.

All classes will have PST and GST added at time of payment!

Join Chef Jeff Sample and Mark Rodford, owners of Ouderkirk and Taylor known for their handcrafted food and fine cheeses prepare a menu with an emphasis on cheese. Marinated local goat cheese feta, broiled on rustic bread with romesco sauce, crespelle (Italian Crepes) stuffed with porcini mushrooms, chard and Anglo Saxon (a raw milk cheese from Wisconsin), free form tart of poached winter fruit with homemade creme fraiche.
